Babylon Red

Mixed dried fruit to make 23 L of medium body red wine with aromas and flavors of wild black berries and sun dried fruits. The ready wine made with this kit has a delectable smoothness due to a low acid content. Smooth and showing lovely juicy acid structure and fresh, elegant style with a round texture and medium  red colour.

Babylon White
Mixed dried fruits , herbs and berries
A well balanced, fresh and fruity rosé wine with a bright pink colour, subtle fruit flavours, delicate balance of crisp acidity and plenty of red fruit character. This dry rosé is deliciously light and ideal as an apéritif, with a light meal or simply on its own. Truly relaxing and enjoyable!

Babylon Rose

This wine kit is based on the mixture of dried fruits, herbs and berries to make 23 L of delicious Chardonnay style medium dry white wine with a clear, smooth and refreshing flavor. Full intensity of fruit makes it a universally appealing blend. Pleasant on the palate with hints of apples and pears. Full and  generous, this is a sumptuous wine with a rather soft finish that is well structured, tickling the palate. Excellent for sipping, perfect for a special meal or alone as a celebrator.
