Weld Heads, M 30-Series

The M30-Series of open arc weld heads are designed specifically fro use on close packed tubes. Each head in the range is supplied with a gearbox and head unit suited to the range of tubes to be welded. The heads use a simple one action clamping mechanism. Each tube diameter requires a profiled collet to give a secure location on the tube. The M30-Series all require minimal radial clearance and can be used with an additional wire feed unit to allow thicker wall thickness tubes to be welded. The M30-Series are used extensively for use in the manufacture, maintenance and repair of Boilers, Rotary Driers and Heat Exchangers
