The description of technology of monolithic construction of houses using polystyrene foam fixed timbering:
Blocks of fixed timbering represent two plates from dense expanded polystyrene connected among themselves by strong crossing points. They have cavities which in the course of construction are reinforced and filled with concrete. The upper and lower planes of elements of system of fixed timbering are supplied with special locks of irregular shape, like assemblage of cubes in the popular children's game "LEGO". Their design allows to refuse application of temporary retaining elements and ideally maintains the geometrical sizes of walls, providing tightness of connections and blocking concrete effluence. On inner surfaces all blocks have grooves in shape "larkspur" that provides reliability of coupling of concrete with block walls. The polystyrene foam fixed timbering is ideally plain surface ready under finishing by any materials.
Finishing fastens or glue connection with polystyrene, or mechanical fastening in concrete body. Thus, applying technology of monolithic construction with polystyrene foam fixed timbering, during one technology operation the monolithic steel concrete wall having warm and sound-proof cover which completely excludes formation of bridges of cold from the internal and outside parties is put up. The skin of heater protects and protects monolithic design, from influence of external factors of environment, in particular from frost penetration, and the inside layer serves as barrier on heat exchange between heated air of internal rooms of the house and walls.
