In continued efforts to develop the timber frame system to meet demands from clients, architects and governing bodies, Frame Wise Limited launched their new Twin Frame System to provide a more thermally efficient and air tight wall construction.
Frame Wise Ltd launched its latest development to the market in 2008, with a Panel System that benefits from being two separate skins of Timber Frame These are only connected at the top and bottom of each storey, possibly only connected at ground floor plate level and roof on a two storey. This has seen us achieve U - Values which have not been the norm with open panel timber frame. With the use of semi rigid Glass Fibre Insulation, we have been able to achieve U values less than 0.1W/m2K with the benefit of increased Air Tightness of 1m3/h/m2.
We continue to develop our timber frame system to meet the ever increasing demands from our clients, in self build, care homes, student accommodation and the affordable housing sectors, to provide a more thermally efficient and air tight wall construction.
