Totem Pole White Lantern 'Lucius'

Using our dedicated moulding techniques, we have created a seamless, three-dimensional lantern in relief, replicated from an original South American hand-carved totem pole that we named Lucius (bringer of light)

This lantern is not available anywhere else. It is not mass-produced. Each one has its own individual levels of light emission (its own 'fingerprint') due to the random flow of resin before its set point.

Cast in resin and mounted on a turned wooden base, this lantern is fitted with a low energy Compact Fluorescent Lamp. The lantern is operated by the in-line on/off switch.

The low-energy CFL has a life expectancy of 8,000 hours! This is a white light only. If a colour changing option is required, please see our alternative lantern.

The lantern is fitted with a 9 watt CFL (equivalent to a 45 watt incandescent bulb) or 18 watt CFL (equivalent to a 90 watt incandescent bulb) at 240V. All electrical componentry is full CE compliant.

Fitted with a 3amp fuse in a British style 3-pin plug (other plug types available to order)

Simple turned base from Sapele wood (other wood available) with a light wax and burnished finish.

To achieve our seamless products, we do not use plastic injection moulding, instead, we cast with high quality resins.
