The Gymnasium

Our city centre club has been specifically designed to provide you with an unrivalled training experience. Our site in the five-star Merchant Hotel is a prime location if you live or work locally or if you pass through the many nearby commuter links.

The Gymnasium's unique space has a personal training gymnasium, a separate area for biomechanical analysis, TechnoGym Wellness strength and cardio training equipment, free weights, and highly skilled personal trainers. In addition to The Gymnasium's fantastic training facilities and programmes, you can relax in the rock sauna, aromatherapy steam room and an eight-person roof-top hot tub.

We have combined classic details with a modern design and state-of-the-art equipment to provide members with a contemporary, luxurious training club, complete with beautifully finished changing rooms, all set within an impressive building in a prestigious location. The interior is designed to feel airy and contemporary. Inspiring panoramic views across Belfast and dramatic colour changes from the mood wall lighting all contribute to The Gymnasium experience.

Whilst always busy, friendly and vibrant, our club remains a measure of privacy at all times and is open every day to allow you maximum flexibility in your training schedule.
