A large pressurised chamber allows the first two passes of gases to be made within the chamber itself, with the return gases re-entering the high temperature flame zone before making the third and final pass though the smoketube bank. This unique flame reversal technique was pioneered by YGNIS and provides perfect combustion with maximum fuel utilisation and high operational effciencies.
The boiler range is manufactured to the latest British Standard 2790, in sizes up to 7000kg. The boiler has excellent water and steam space volume and is able to provide fast response against varying load demands.
