Structural T & G Solid Timber Decking

Technical Timber Services supplies solid timber decking which provides a structural ceiling with clear spans between the main structural members. Machined from European whitewood or redwood graded to GS or SS in accordance with BS 4978, the decking has good insulation properties It can be installed quickly and economically by nailing it to the building structure, whilst secondary fixings can easily be attached to the decking.
Roof decking is supplied in its natural form with a double or single tongued 'U' joined profiled.
A water borne preservative and / or fire retardant treatments can be applied before delivery if required, whereas decorative or finishing coatings are normally applied by the general contractor once the building is weather-tight.
