Scorpion Generator / UPS

UPS systems normally consist of three main components:

• A rectifier-battery charger to convert AC voltage into DC voltage to charge the battery
• A battery pack (usually sealed lead acid) to store the power and recover it instantaneously as required, for periods of 5 to 30 minutes or even longer
• A static converter (inverter) to convert the DC voltage into AC voltage and supply a perfectly filtered and stabilised voltage and frequency
