Retaining Walls

•Retaining walls to the perimeter of the building are cast in one panel length per bay.

•The walls can be designed as either propped or true cantilevers. They will sit upon and be connected to a strip footing by others or span between and connect to pad bases.

•The height and finish of wall panels can compliment that of adjacent dock leveller pits to continue a uniform appearance around the building.

•External or service yard walls are free standing and have no structural tie-in to the yard slab. An insitu boot will be required to the side of the precast wall panel.

•Our estimate will include for the installation of the insitu boot and reinforcement to accurate excavation by the main contractor.
