I have reported this company to the fraud department. She is taking money and not delivering the goods. I suggest you look on Trustpilot - 76% negative reviews. I have been waiting since 14th October and was supposed to receive my goods last Tuesday at the latest. She does not respond to any e-mails and has no tracking number on alleged dispatched goods. I suspect I have lost my £46.67 and hope this review will stop others falling into the same trap!

I have emailed this company numerous times about my missing order. I gave them leniency with regards to the pandemic at the moment, but we are now hitting the 3 week mark of no parcel and no replies to my enquiry. I did however receive an email last night to state my order had just been dispatched. I paid 2.99 for the delivery of 2-5 working days, 3 weeks ago! I understand there can be delays but what I will not tolerate is the supplier ignoring emails. If i was updated i would have been sympathetic. I have requested a refund for the delivery fee at least and again have received no response. Do not order.
