Pipex Fastbuild - Floor Channels

Pipex FASTBUILD™ Floor Channels are available for buildings & external drainage applications, and are suitable for a wide range of media ranging from corrosive chemicals to surface water as a fast-track construction alternative to traditional concrete and metallic channel systems.

A range of integral covers and gratings are available in stainless steel, FRP, cast iron and plastic as required for load rating, chemical resistance & application; please contact us to discuss your loading requirements.

•SIZES & CONFIGURATIONS: standard channel lengths are 3, 6, or 12 metres as required, with bespoke non-standard lengths available if required. Channel depths, widths & internal configurations are entirely bespoke to suit client project specific requirements.

•IN BUILT FALLS: are available to provide gradient & flows as required.

•DUAL CONTAINED: channels within channels for the conveyance of very hazardous chemicals are available on request.

•CONNECTIONS: typically site welded in-situ, however a unique flange and bolt assembly connection joints.
