Peljesac Wine tour

Organised only as a private tour, this is a great day out to see more of the undisturbed inland areas of Southern Dalmatia.
Peljesac is a peninsula approximately 1 ½ hours drive from Dubrovnik and is famed to the wine connoisseur for some exceptional red wines. En route, there is a stop at the town of Ston, also famous, but for its Oysters and mussels and other shellfish. Take a walk to admire the medieval walls and ramparts and indulge the taste buds with some fresh fish . Leave Ston and proceed to the Dingac Vineyards in the village of Potomlje. An authentically picturesque place in a pretty valley. Visit the wine cellar of the Mutsko family and enjoy a tasting session of some of the world renowned Dingac and Postup wines. Croatia recently won 9 Gold Awards at the Decanter Wines of the World event - its easy to see why - Croatian wine is one of their best kept secrets.
