Mango & banana puree

A super smooth puree - glossy with fruit. It is a subtle combination of flavours with a mango distinction that is fragrant and delicious. (We have been generous with the mango - it makes up almost 50 of the recipe). As with other recipes, the quinoa flakes are added to boost the protein content, and also give it the right texture to make it slip down nicely.
