Description
We offer bespoke tailor-made wine tasting and fine dining tours combining visits to top wineries and exceptional restaurants. Whichever program you choose you can be assured of experienced guides, delicious wines and spectacular food.
Trips can be for any number of guests, in the past we have organised an exclusive tour for 6 guests of wineries around Alba, Piedmont in October to take advantage of the white truffle season. Another of La Maremma, Tuscany, with a tasting in the beautiful and pivotal wine town of Grosseto, and trips to wineries on 'Il strada del vino', currently the most dynamic wine area in Italy, and one of the most beautiful.
We can organise starter courses in wines as a prelude to your holiday so you can have some in-depth knowledge of the country's wines before relaxing and enjoying them. Of course additional interests such as cooking, golf and shopping can all be added to the mix to cater for particular groups.
The tours vary in length, and can be organised over a long weekend or two / three days midweek if required. Our tours and tastings provide the best dining and wining experience the regions have to offer. Groups are lead by Martin Saxon, a member of the Circle of Wine Writers and a specialist in the wines and regional food of Italy.
