Gallery chopping blocks

The Gallery Chopping Block by Woodentops is hand-made from a dazzling selection of eight different species of hardwood. Each is individually crafted into a natural work of art, so that no two blocks are quite the same. The pieces are glued together with their endgrain uppermost, then soaked in special oil, which permeates the space between the wood fibres, leaving no room for any air or water to enter, thus keeping the block in a stable condition.
