Description
We dont all want to use the facilites of a crowded gym, here at The Sibson Inn, we have recently refitted our Fitness Studio. It is available for use by residents or non residents alike. We stock towels & water for your use & have a flat screen TV with DVD player on the wall for your entertainment. You are welcome to come & work up an appetite before relaxing in the bar & restaurant & if you are a non resident & would like to freshen up before meeting friends a the bar for a meal, a curtesy room can be arranged for your convenience (in advance with reception).
If you have never used Gym facilities before, why not ask for us to arrange a personal trainer to show you how to get started & to make sure you dont hurt yourself.
We can even arrange for a sports massage after your workout to really help you relax.
