Emperor's Fitness Centre is available free of charge to all hotel guests who are either following a personal fitness programme or just fancy a tone up. Due to the popularity of the pool, booking may be required on your arrival at the hotel.

- separate male and female saunas
- a range of classes including aerobics, spinning & circuits
*Under 16s are welcome to use the CV room if accompanied by an adult.
*Under 18s are welcome to use the weight room if accompanied by an adult.
*Under 18s are welcome to use the pool if accompanied by an adult.
For your safety it is necessary to fill in the medical questionnaire when you want to use the gym.
