Dunphy's Ratiotronic™ system will map loads to a modulation of a tenth or twelfth of maximum output. This significantly reduces boiler purging and cycling and related boiler stress.

The Ratiotronic™ system manages single and multi fuel burners so that they consistently operate below 3 O₂ across ALL operating loads and at less than 2% at high fire.

They key combustion elements of fuel / air supply and flame monitoring are continually and accurately monitored and managed. System options may be panel mounted on the boiler, free standing or remotely accessed via SCADA.

Dunphy sequencing software allows the lead boiler to map loads with other boilers operating on standby. Sequencing delivers valuable fuel savings through reduced cycling of lead and lag boilers.
