Conferences
We offer conference facilities for groups of people ranging from 2 to 300 in number. Our main conference suite has its own separate entrance with a foyer featuring reception desk, cloakroom and toilet facilities. There is also an additional area for registration and coffee/refreshments. The conference suite is a flexible space with moveable sound-proofed screen's. Each section of the suite is equipped with the very latest audio-visual equipment, with innovative ceiling-mounted screens and LCD projectors, and a brand new sound system together with a hearing loop. This is backed up with a number of separate smaller meeting and syndicate rooms, to enable us to host all kinds of event - small meetings, training, conferences and even exhibitions.
We offer a dedicated conference manager for every event who works with the client to organise every aspect of the event. We also offer very flexible catering options. We have a dedicated conference restaurant offering a carvery lunch or buffet options and we can also offer 'working lunch' options served in the meeting rooms. Smaller groups can use our Walled Garden Bistro if they prefer.
