The unit includes the heavy duty aluminium alloy concertina loft ladder the DSC, complete with loft access hatch, lining frame and steel covered roof hatch. Fully draught and weatherproof, the DSC/E is an excellent choice for any roof garden, plant room or as a means of escape: ensuring maximum comfort with classic durability and modern design.
