Description
My love affair with chocolate started whilst employed as a pastry chef at Claridge's Hotel in London and continued whilst working in Michelin starred restaurants in Switzerland and France. I began selling chocolates in December 2003 at Farmers Markets in the South Wales area because I felt there was a need to provide all chocolate lovers with the ultimate heavenly chocolate!
All my chocolates use quality ingredients and contain no added preservatives, which gives them a cutting edge over more commercial brands as the chocolates really do just melt in your mouth. Whatever your needs you can be sure that each chocolate has been handcrafted by myself to the highest standard and beautifully wrapped to suit every occasion.
