Contructed with a combination of heavy duty 3" x 1.5" Box Section Steel and 2" heavy duty tublar steel , the CF372 Endurance Trainer will meet all your training needs. The CF372 has a variety of exercises that cover all major muscle groups and comes as standard with a 50Kg/110lb weight stack which generates well in excess of 200lbs of resistance in certain exercises. Stations include Hi Pulley, Low Pulley, Seated Chest Press, Pec Fly, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Preacher Pad. Over 20 different exercises can be performed with the additional attachments, Triceps Bar, Lat Pulldown Bar, chain etc.
