Biking up hills or on the flat - your choice. From 23 to 40 km mainly on country roads and tracks. We use high quality Merida brand trail bikes which have front suspension, large wheels (<28 inch), rugged and light weight aluminium frames and 21 speeds, in several sizes for men, women and children.
