Description
Producer: Allan Scott
Tasting Notes:
Available in cases of 12 only. The 2010 Allan Scott Sauvignon Blanc has an array of tropical flavours on the nose, with grapefruit and a slight herbaceousness tempered by a nice minerality. The tropical notes, particularly passionfruit follow through to the palate, a hint of nettles showing through, with slight gooseberry characters. All finished off with a good mid palate structure, nicely balanced acidity and excellent length. Sauvignon Blanc can be enjoyed on many occasion: either on its own as an aperitif, or accompanied by seafood and salad dishes. Serve lightly chilled.
